Open the home page and click on OTR Link.
Then Create The One-Time Registration Profile with the help of an E-Mail Id or Mobile Number.
Now upload the Scan Passport Size, Signature, Thumb Marks.
Then log in with help of a Username or login ID.
After login candidates can click on apply online link.
Now fill in the required details and pay the application form fee online mode.
Click on submit button.
You save it and take a printout of the application form.
